Nestled at the meeting point of three valleys on the Yorkshire and Lancashire border, the area is a walker’s paradise. Both the Calderdale Way and the Pennine Way stretch through the area, offering miles upon miles of outstanding scenery for walkers to explore, from rugged moors to gentle rolling hills, calming woodland and streams, to reservoirs and leisurely walks along the canal. You may even encounter a few waterfalls along your way!
